| Female Only swimming is FREE to Fitness Unlimited members and family members. Swim as many times as you like a week by becoming a Fitness Unlimited member from only £25.00 a month. Ladies - enjoy a break from the men with our Ladies Only Swim sessions available on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Concord Sports Centre.
Available to females of all ages and swimming abilities this swim session is perfect to swim away your stresses and enjoy some gentle exercise.
