Concord Heart Support Group has been formed by a group of volunteers to improve cardiac aftercare in the community.

We will be holding meetings on Thursday evenings from 6.30pm till 8.00pm throughout 2010 on the following dates:

January 28th AGM meeting
February 25th
April 29th
June 24th
October 28th
December 16th.

Professionals will cover a range of topics throughout the year.

So please come along and meet fellow heart patients in a warm supportive atmosphere.
