Due to popular demand we will be holding Zumba taster sessions.

'Ditch the workout- join the party'

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.

The classes are 1 hour each, 45mins exercise and 15 minutes afterwards to give the participants chance to ask any questions and give feedback to the coach.

Classes are free to FU members or £4.00 to non members.
