Come to Concord Sports Centre and enjoy a wide range of leisure swimming sessions for all the family in our two swimming pools. 

Main Pool - Ideal for lane swimming, leisure swimming or swimming lessons the main pool is 25m x 12.5m with a depth of 0.9-1.5m and a temperature of 29.5ºc.

Teaching Pool - Ideal for babies, toddlers and non swimmers, this pool is 12m x 7m with a depth of 0.6 - 0.9m and a temperature of around 30ºc.

For little ones we have Splish Splash sessions in the teaching pool. These dedicated sessions for parents and toddlers help build water confidence. Families can have fun swimming and splashing around in our schools out sessions which are suitable for all swimming abilites.

Children can have action packed time in the pool our Wet n' Wicked sessions are complete with raft races and team games or why not slide down head first on our giany pool inflatable in our Aqua Glide session.  

For those looking for a more peaceful experience the main pool also hosts special sessions for a more relaxing swim for older swimmers or ladies only where the stresses of the outside world just float away.

Swimming Admissions Policy

Under 4's admission
Children under 4 must be accompained by an adult (over 16) on a one to one ratio.

4 - 7 years admission
4 - 7 year olds must be accompanied by an adult (over 16) on a two to one ratio (one adult per two children).

8 years and over
8 year olds and over can enter the pool unaccompanied.
