A clinic to help smokers kick the habit will be held at Sheffield’s Concord Sports Centre throughout the summer.
Concord, in Shiregreen, is holding the weekly clinics for customers and staff from 9.30am until 11.30am every Wednesdays.
The clinic is operated by a trained advisor on a one to one basis. This offers an opportunity for anyone to ask questions or get advice on how to stop smoking.
Concord receptionist Julie Inman and customer services manager Phil Blanckley are already attending the clinics. Phil said: “It’s a great clinic as I know I’ll get support from the trained advisors. It also makes it easy for me that the sessions are easy to get to, and anyone can go and can go to as many as they want to.”
