Leisure and lane swimming is FREE to Fitness Unlimited members and Fitness Unlimited Family Membership holders. Swim as many times as you like for as little as £6 per week or children can join for just £12 a month.

  • Leisure Swimming - Spend some time with the kids in our family Fab Floats and Aqua Glide sessions or build your toddler's water confidence in the dedicated parent and baby Splish Splash sessions.Looking for a chance to relax in the pool? Our lazy leisure sessions offer both lane swimming and leisure swimming so simply swim to suit your mood.
  • Lane Swimming - Whatever your age or fitness level, lane swimming in is the ideal way to keep in shape, keep fit and stay healthy. Swimming is the perfect way to get fit, even if you are not a gym regular. Lane Swimming provides a great low impact cardiovascular exercise, working almost every major muscle group in the body. Swim at your own pace and feel the benefit of regular exercise, without working up a sweat.

Swimming Admissions Policy

  • Children under 4 must be accompanied by an adult (over 16) on a one to one ratio.
  • 4 - 7 year olds must be accompanied by an adult (over 16) on a two to one ratio (one adult per two children)
  • 8 year olds and over can enter the pool unaccompanied.
